1950s
Co-operative Travel and Portman established, laying the foundation for decades of trusted travel expertise.
2010
Clarity is founded as a joint venture between The Co-operative Group, Midlands Co-operative Society and Thomas Cook.
2019
Clarity acquires Ian Allan and Portman Travel, forming Portman Travel Group bringing together over 60 years of travel experience.
Launch of Destination Sport. A new division dedicated to serving global sports travel needs.
Brighter is born. Clarity introduces its specialist event management brand, delivering unforgettable experiences.
2022
One Global is launched, a global travel community with World Travel in the US.
2023
Agiito (formerly Capita Travel and Events) joins the family, placing Clarity among the top 10 TMCs in Europe.
2024
Following the acquisition in late 2023 - this is the start of our integration and evolution, bringing together two of the UK's leading Travel Management Companies. Clarity and Brighter both rebranded with a fresh new look.
2025+
Expanded our specialist services further with the introduction of dedicated Entertainment & Media and Nordics sector offerings.
